Mighty DOOM Weapon Tier List – April 2024

It’s been said a million times before, but I’ll say it again, there’s no beating DOOM games when it comes to weapon variety. Console, PC, or mobile, Bethesda’s classic shooter franchise never stops upping the chaos no matter the platform, and that’s especially true with Mighty DOOM, the latest mobile game in the series.

Mighty DOOM is a top-down shooter spanning the course of 10 riveting chapters where you unlock new weapons at every turn. As soon as you think you’ve seen it all, bam, the game drops another weapon onto you, and then another, and so on. But well not all of them are as useful as the others, and if you’re confused about picking between them, this Mighty DOOM weapon tier list guide will help you decide the best armament to rip and tear with.

Mighty Doom Complete Weapon Tier List

There are about 17 weapons in total which you will come across in Mighty DOOM. The weapons differ in use, and range from shotguns and rocket launchers to rifles and support items such as grenades. Here’s a complete tier list overview of them.

S-tier Weapons

  • Ballista
  • Unmaker
  • BFG 9000
  • Super Shotgun
  • Plasma Rifle

These Mighty DOOM weapons are straight-up broken. Even if you don’t claim any of the abilities for these guns, all of them absolutely wreck enemies through and through.

A-tier Weapons

  • Gauss Cannon
  • Crucible
  • Combat Shotgun

These three aren’t quite as destructive as the S-tier weapons, but they are definitely close. The Crucible is great to create some breathing room, while the Gauss Cannon and Combat Shotgun do huge damage and easily keep foes at bay.

B-tier Weapons

  • Heavy Cannon
  • Chain Gun
  • Rocket Launcher

The B-tier Mighty DOOM weapons are honestly not that good. They get the job done and have a few cool tricks up their sleeve, but apart from that, they aren’t that special or as fun to play with.

C-tier Weapons

  • Burst Rifle
  • Acid Split
  • Ice Bomb
  • Arc Grenade
  • Flame Belch
  • Frag Grenade

You should avoid these weapons in Mighty DOOM at all costs. Well, the Burst Rifle you can actually avoid, but the remaining are support items that are used automatically. Since the Slayer uses them at random intervals, they don’t do much in a strategic run. They have negligible damage too, hence the C-tier ranking.

Best Mighty Doom Weapons To Use First

From the above-listed weapons, here are the best ones you need to get first.

1. Ballista

The Ballista has the most insane range out of all the Mighty DOOM weapons. And once you claim a couple of abilities, you are able to take out an entire stage with a single shot, provided you have a nice angle set up.

2. Super Shotgun

It doesn’t come as a surprise that The Slayer’s signature weapon would be considered among the best. The Super Shotgun isn’t as slow as it sounds, and the meathook ability deletes foes within large areas. Besides, when isn’t the Super Shotgun overpowered in a DOOM game?

3. Plasma Rifle

This may sound hard to believe, but the starting weapon which you get in Mighty DOOM is hands down amazing. The range and speed on this thing are no joke, and with a few upgrades, consider the game beaten already.
