Master of Knights is a turn-based anime-style RPG by NEOWIZ that utilizes a bunch of different characters and mechanics. However, as it is with pretty much every similar gacha game like Honkai: Star Rail and Cookie Run: Kingdom, some characters are better than others.
To make the process of aiming for a specific character easier, we’ve made a tier list of all the characters in this game. After taking several factors into consideration, we’ve assigned every character in the game a ranking.
Please keep in mind that this is all based on our own personal experience with the characters. Therefore, it’s very likely that some of you might not agree with the list, and that’s okay! The whole joy of gacha games is that different players like different characters, right?

To ensure everyone understands just why we ranked the S rank characters where we did, we want to take a closer look at them. This way, not only will you be able to identify their strengths but also realize how useful they can be in battle.
Esperanza (Berserker)

The first knight making it to the S tier is Esperanze of the Berserker class. Esperanza is Spanish for hope, and that’s exactly what she brings to her team. With her devastating forward and forward-diagonal attacks, she’s able to make quick work of anyone in front of her.
Ifrit (Warrior)

Up next is Ifrit of the Warrior class. One super cool thing about this legendary knight is that she’s able to attack in a cross shape as long as the enemy you’re targeting isn’t behind him. Don’t let her appearances fool you, as she’s able to burn anyone with her sword of fire in a second.
Suzaku (Thief)

Better keep an eye on your wallets, because the best thief class character in Master of Knights Tactics is here. Suzuku can attack in all directions, minus directly in front of her and diagonally. This makes it super easy to gang up on beefy enemies with her.
Valkyrie (Archer)

The final character who managed to make it to the S tier in our tier list is Valkyrie of the Archer class. This character might not remember anything but his name canonically, but he is able to land some insane ranged shots that are sure to take the enemy by surprise.
