The Milky Way Cookie is an Epic Cookie that was released during the first part of the Invitation from the Slumbering Moon update along with the Moonlight Cookie and appears to be very fragile and made out of white dough with large eyes and a shy expression on her face.
The Milky Way Cookie also appears to be wearing a conductor’s uniform which is fitting considering the fact that her skill is called Sugarcloud Express. She is also seen wielding an instrument of some sort which is hinted in the game to be a vuvuzela.

Milky Way Cookie – Type
The Milky Way Cookie is a Charge Cookie and as such, it should always be placed in the front as Charge Cookies are excellent damage dealers and are able to quickly dispatch waves of enemies. Charge Cookies also excel at debuffing enemies and some of them are great at shielding allies as well which makes them an excellent choice for team play and combos.
However, despite all this, Cookies of this type are usually fragile and since they are usually at the front, they will be taking the brunt of the enemy attacks every time. This means that they most likely won’t make it to the end of the level unless they are able to use their skill as often as possible.
Milky Way Cookie – Toppings
Due to the reasons stated above, it is extremely important to choose the correct toppings for the Milky Way Cookie. This usually boils down to either using 5 Swift Choco Toppings or 5 Solid Almond Toppings.
Going with the former will reduce the cooldown of the Cookie’s skill and allow you to use it more often which will provide her with more survivability due to the effects of the skill. Alternatively, you can go with the latter option if you want to increase her stats and go with a full tank approach. If you want to learn more about toppings, check out our Ultimate Toppings Guide.
